One night in 2021 I stalked Zillow for fun. I found this outdated 90’s colonial that had been on the market for over 30 days (homes were selling in under 4 days in SLC at the time). It was in our dream location and down the street that as teenagers we would drive and talk about owning a home here someday 🥹 We sold our brand new home and moved our family into our fixer upper and immediately got to work. It has been so hard (and expensive) but I feel so proud when I look at these before and afters and the amount of sweat equity we have put in!
